Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 60 days. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only a partial refund will be allowed:
· Items that show obvious signs of use
· Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts through no fault of ours.
· Any item returned more than 60 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved.
If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within 3 business days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take up to 3 business days for your refund to be credited to your account.
Next contact your bank. It usually takes 3 business days for your refund to be credited to your account.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale items are not refundable.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange to reach you may vary.
If you are returning a more expensive item, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
